Operating nearly 100,000 product models. We maintain a constant stock of over 500 tons of special raw materials and 10,000 tons of finished stainless steel standard parts to guarantee rapid shipping cycles.
Beiersdorf Industrial Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established in 2015 and is located in Shanghai, China. As an industry-leading manufacturer and exporter, we are mainly engaged in the global supply of special fasteners, custom heavy hex bolts, alloy studs, high-integrity nuts, and ultra-high precision engineered components.
"Product quality is the foundation for an enterprise's survival."
"Heart to sunshine, everything to prosperity"
China's fastener industry has shifted from producing generic, commercial-grade hardware to supplying high-precision, mission-critical special alloy fastening components. This transformation is driven by significant investments in domestic steel mill metallurgy and high-end thermal treatment infrastructure. Today, manufacturers like Beiersdorf Industrial Technology leverage localized supply chains for super alloys, enabling the production of high-tensile fasteners (up to 1900 MPa) and specialty bolts that meet stringent ASME, DIN, ISO, and classification society requirements.
By utilizing multi-station cold-heading machinery, precision CNC machining, and automated thread-rolling techniques, China's industrial exporters deliver consistent dimensional accuracy, reduced thread galling, and high fatigue resistance. This ensures reliable performance in demanding sectors like aerospace, offshore wind power, marine engineering, and petrochemical refining.
The performance of high-end bolts and studs depends heavily on raw material purity and precise heat treatment cycles. For instance, high-temperature fasteners operate in environments ranging from 400°C to 1200°C. Under these conditions, standard carbon steel undergoes creep deformation and rapid oxidation. Beiersdorf utilizes specialty materials, including:
International procurement managers frequently face challenges related to material traceability, certification compliance, and lead-time stability. Standardizing technical requirements, such as demanding EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 material certificates, classification society approvals (such as DNV, ABS, CCS, Lloyd's Register), and detailed non-destructive testing (NDT) reports, mitigates compliance risks.
Beiersdorf addresses these challenges through integrated production control, maintaining a raw material reserve of 500 tons. This approach reduces delivery lead times for specialized alloy runs from the standard 60–90 days to just 15–30 days, enhancing supply chain resilience for critical project maintenance.

These fasteners include A4-80, A5-80, D8-80, D6-70, 2205, L7, 40CrNiMoA, Inconel 718, EN14399 steel structure connection pairs, and classification society certified fasteners.
High-integrity fasteners designed for steam turbines, gas turbine casings, thermal reactor pipelines, wind turbines, and hydropower generator plants. Engineered to withstand high operational vibration, high pressures, and thermal fatigue cycles while maintaining consistent torque and clamping force.
Special fasteners designed for bogies, high-speed locomotives, subways, and trans-continental railway networks. These components provide reliable structural integrity, high fatigue resistance under continuous stress cycles, and long-term service life in harsh environments.
Ultra-precision micro screws, non-magnetic studs, and plastic insulators engineered for servers, radar systems, medical MRI scanners, and cleanroom silicon wafer fabrication tools requiring minimal magnetic interference and high precision.
Fastening solutions designed for corrosive oil and gas extraction plants, subsea manifolds, catalytic cracking columns, and refining units. Our ASTM A193 B7/B16 and ASTM A320 L7 stud bolts, combined with ASTM A194 heavy hex nuts, provide high pressure boundaries and chemical resistance.
As we step into 2025, the future of fasteners is poised for high-performance transformations. Industrial applications demand eco-friendly plating options and high-tensile designs that contribute to weight savings, lower energy consumption, and high structural safety across aerospace and marine industries.

Beiersdorf (Shanghai) was founded in 2015 with a global perspective dedicated to providing professional fastener solutions. Fasteners, as basic mechanical components, play a critical role in global infrastructure. Our goal is to bridge domestic production capabilities with international engineering standards.
Read Full Article →For cryogenic applications (down to -270°C), fasteners must resist low-temperature embrittlement. Special austenitic stainless steel alloys and specific nickel-chromium grades are selected for their impact toughness at absolute zero. In high-temperature applications (up to 1200°C), materials must resist creep deformation, stress relaxation, and thermal oxidation. Under these conditions, superalloys like Inconel 718 or Cobalt-based formulations are specified because they maintain mechanical strength and resist oxidation under high thermal loads.
Hydrogen embrittlement is a risk for fasteners with tensile strengths exceeding 1000 MPa, particularly after electroplating. To mitigate this risk, our factory implements strict acid-pickling controls and requires baking (typically at 200°C for 4 to 24 hours depending on the material class) immediately after electroplating. This process diffuses hydrogen gas out of the steel crystal lattice before it can cause micro-cracking under stress.
We supply marine-grade fasteners (such as Duplex 2205, A4-80, A5-80, and high-strength alloy studs) with raw material and mill certificates according to EN 10204 3.1. Depending on project requirements, we can coordinate third-party inspections (EN 10204 3.2) and secure endorsements from major classification societies including CCS, DNV, ABS, and Lloyd's Register.
Thread rolling is a cold-forming process that plastically deforms the steel grains rather than cutting them. This maintains continuous grain lines along the profile of the thread, increasing shear strength, improving surface finish, and enhancing fatigue life. This process is essential for fasteners subjected to cyclic mechanical stress.
Beiersdorf is more than a supplier of special fasteners. We provide technical consultation and engineering guidance, assisting with raw material selection during early design stages, as well as installation and maintenance guidance for industrial projects.
